We are a full service studio offering private sessions and small individualized classes.
We offer Pilates, Gyrotonic®, Gyrokinesis®, and weight training. Treadworks has been keeping the Triangle fit for over 15 years and continues to stay on the cutting edge of fitness.

As a former collegiate gymnast, fitness has always been an important part of Sara’s life. After graduation her passion turned to Pilates, and later Gyrotonic®. She loves working with all ages and levels. These disciplines have helped her continue her level of fitness with running and triathlon. Her clients continue to motivate and inspire her daily!

> Ashlee Cooper
Ashlee has been a runner and fitness enthusiast for years. She began practicing Pilates in 2004 to improve core strength and relieve lower back pain from years of running. She loved it and believed in it so much that she felt compelled to teach it to others. She is an AFAA certified Personal Trainer as well as a Certified Pilates instructor. She also teaches group fitness, including weightlifting, Bosu and cycle, around the Raleigh area. Ashlee believes in functional fitness and that hard work and a strong commitment to total health is the best gift you can give yourself.
Ashlee came to Treadworks in the fall of 2007. She loves working with clients one-on-one or in small groups. She teaches Mat classes as well as training clients on equipment privately and in groups. She thoroughly enjoys watching clients grow in their Pilates training.
